Our services

Diagnostics and preparation of an integral treatment plan

During your first visit to Microdent office, initial diagnostics are carried out (in more complex treatment cases, extended in–depth diagnostics are implemented). Based on the diagnostic data gained, an integral treatment plan is prepared for the patient.

Complex functional dental restoration/prosthetics

Based on functional diagnostics, a complex dental restoration plan is prepared, encompassing therapy, surgery, and prosthetics.

Esthetic dental restoration using laminates

Porcelain laminate veneers enable correction of the size, color, and shape of the front teeth. Laminate veneers are thin ceramic plates, bonded to the facial side of the teeth. Porcelain veneers are more durable, aesthetic, and more natural than fillings.

Ceramic dental restoration using СAD/CAM technology

CAD/CAM technology enables to provide all-ceramic crowns and laminate veneers within a single day, using a 3D camera and 3D milling machine (CEREC). Applying CAD/CAM all kinds of definitive restorations, such as crowns, onlays, inlays, veneers, surgical models etc., can be made.

Non-invasive dental implants

Non-invasive implant placement technique provides great alternative to conventional open flap surgery. Advantages include no need for incisions and the utmost precision of placement – that eliminates swelling, bleeding, pain and also improves healing of tissues.

Immediate tooth replacement using an implant

In an emergency, teeth can be restored quickly. This service is especially relevant when front teeth are lost to trauma and need to be replaced quickly for esthetic purposes (smile restoration).

Immediate function

This service provides for fast functional recuperation that enables the implant to be used almost immediately after installation (within 48 hours).

Surgical navigation

Surgical navigation constitutes the least traumatic dental implant type, enabling precision guided surgery to achieve successful results even in severely compromised situations (such as bone deficiency). The process consists of a number of design stages, including digital scanning of the oral cavity, virtual three-dimensional modeling, and the use of a 3D printer to develop a personalized model.

Minimally invasive bone reconstruction surgery

Minimally invasive bone reconstruction surgery allows to build a necessary bone volume (that was lost to infection or trauma) and implant installation within one surgical intervention, significantly reducing  the extent surgical intervention while promoting faster and less painful recovery.

Microsurgical plastic dental surgery to cover exposed roots

Gingival recession or receding gums is a condition in which the neck of a tooth (the middle part of a tooth which separates the crown from the root) becomes exposed. Today, this issue can be solved using a surgical method, ensuring treatment for receding gums and maintenance of the patient’s teeth. Gingival recession is treated using connective tissue which can be harvested from nearby tissues such as that of the palate. As a result of the procedure, the gum is thickened, keeping teeth healthier longer.
